So in this video that was broadcasted live, we can see and hear three contestants of an ongoing beauty (poise), brains & advocacy contest making fun of two other fellow contestants who are representing two Asian nations (Vietnam and Cambodia).
And in their defense, it also adds the part where it will show their attempts at making amends and apologizing to one of the ladies they were talking about.
The ladies in the video represent:
(1) USA (yes an American English speaker),
(2) Australia (Aussie English speaker) and
(3) Colombia (Spanish and English, but of course will ask for an interpreter during the Q &A even if she can perfectly understand and make fun of other people in English).
Way to go ladies, representing your countries with class.
If there is anything we can learn from this booboo it is that... well I'll let you figure that out yourself (shouldn't be that hard). And yes, the contest is happening in Thailand, an Asian nation.
