Tsunami

Partisan Politics and Petty Phenomenon

While we were busy with our own lives or following the lives of celebrities, politicians or athletes, there is a great tragedy that is happening right under our noses.

With every kind of information within our fingertips, how could a catastrophic event desimate an entire community in Asia with only a few people knowing about it and even a smaller number talking about it? How could a big natural event, not of anyone's own doing be so horrific, no one notices it?

No ranting today, just putting it out there that if today you are still able to go to work or to school, hug your children or kiss your spouse good bye or as they return home; if you are still able to go to your neighborhood 7-11 or Mickey Ds, walk your dog, pick flowers, have coffee at Starbucks, or just be able to go about your everyday life, remember to be thankful for all of them.
